I've lived in Insignia for almost 4 years with my colleague/roommate. I'm a 27y/o (M) Software Engineer at Microsoft (prev Amazon), and started here because of that proximity and easy Amazon commute when I was there.

The unit has broadside unobstructed city and water views, directly south facing on the 36th floor with tons of natural light. Great condition and great owner relationship. Parking included.
